Lili Epply

Lili Epply, born in Vienna, gained her first stage experience during her school years as part of her dance training at the Vienna State Opera Ballet School and as part of the Junge Burg at the Burgtheater. She studied acting at the Thomas Bernhard Institute of the Mozarteum Salzburg. For her performance in the graduation production of "Der reizende Reigen" by Werner Schwab, directed by David Bösch, she received the solo prize at the Schauspielschultreffen in Stuttgart. After her graduation, various guest engagements followed, for example at the Schauspielhaus Wien (world premiere of Enis Maci's "Mitwisser") or the Burgtheater ("Ich rufe meine Brüder" by Jonas Hassen Khemiri). She also regularly appears in front of the camera for film and television, most recently for the Sky series "Souls". She has been part of the Berliner Ensemble since the 2021/22 season.
